Synopsis Once upon a time, in a house that was red, lived a tiny blue kitten with an X on his head. And Kitten Cuckoo, as most folks often do, had one favorite friend who favored him too. An elephant baby named Paquile E. Derm, who felt really bad when he stepped on a worm.
With Paquile so big, and Cuckoo so small, you would think they had nothing in common at all. But they did, and the animals started to stare. They’d giggle or whisper, or say without care…”A kitten belongs with cats, an elephant with a herd. To see you together is completely absurd.”
And in the great tradition of unlikely friendships, Kitten Cuckoo and Paquile E. Derm forge a bond that time and distance cannot erase.
